I forgot to insert new sim before going to France to live. 02 site won't accept my new french addres

I acquired new 02 sim card and I forgot to insert it before changing my address to a French one and my 02 app won't accept French postcode. What do I do? Please help.

O2 only recognise UK addresses @ladyjane_995 

If you are now living in France an O2 sim is no good to you. You are only allowed 63 days usage before they cut you off. They are intended for holiday usage only.

You need to look for a French Network sim now.

@ladyjane_995 O2 contract sims are for UK residents, so if you're living permanently in France now there's probably nothing you can do. You can use Skype to try to speak to customer service.
