I expect to get customers service when I need help, not be redirected to the community. I can not view any of my family history or archive sites, even though I was on them an hour ago. It keeps saying over 18 restrictions apply. How did these restrictions get added, when I’ve not added them. Now I can’t remove them because I have a data sim in my iPad, which doesn’t accept text messages. Of course I’m over18, you have my date of birth on record. I am getting increasingly feed up with your lack of service. When I get through to customers service,it’s someone who doesn’t understand what I am trying to explain. Like having all my contracts come out of my bank on the same day, which I was reassured would happen. Complete lack of service. Thank you for nothing O2
