I deactivated my 02 account two months before and still getting bill

1049725093.i haven't using the SIM and the due amount is 194.75.such a huge amount.when I try to open my 02 it shows u haven't got any account..then how I get the bill??????

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
