Hello everyone, Thank you very much for your helpful advice. I rang O2 and was advised to ring 1050 and if that didn't solve the issue then txt STATE to 9011. All resolved. On reflection I don't know whether I was asking the correct question? I needed to activate visible voicemail on my iPhone 6+ as I had just changed my contract. Thank you again.

Hi , If you contact customer service they will be able to change this for you. You can contact them on 202 from your o2 mobile phone or 03448090202.

Hope this helps.

@Pete287

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi pete287 when you say I data is this for your Apple Watch if so go on to the watch app on your phone and in setting turn on cellular mode this should then add £5 to your airtime to use your watch via cellular,
If your still needing help call customer service on 0800 587 4005 this is a faster number so you shouldn’t be waiting too long,
Hope This helps.
