More than likely it's down to your settings on the phone. 

These are the correct APN settings

Android = https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/Connecting-Android-Phone-to-Data-Serv...

iPhone = https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Apple-iOS-Devices-iPhone-iPad/Connecting-iPhone-to-Data-Services/m-p/5...

If not sure just reset your network settings, although you will need to enter your WiFi password again

 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
