I have been trying to get into my o2 account to see my phone bills to which I find that it just isn’t there. The bill is coming out of my bank account and was wondering if you guys help me log into the o2 app to see all my details

Can you use https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin?
If so delete the App, reboot the phone and reinstall
