Hi, I got my PAC code in April '22 but I decide to stay in O2 that time so that one is expired. Today I was trying text PAC to 65075 but I've got message "There's been an issue processing your request, please try again later.". So I tried by website ehere's option "thinking about switching O2" but when I press "continue" nothing happens... I tried to do that for hours and from multiple ps's/phones. I also tried to call to 202 but I only hear one long signal and after that calls end. What can I do? Theres issue for anybody else?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

But I just said I can't because when I try to call there is only one long signal and after that calls end.

Then you can try via social media which I mentioned above.
