I upgraded my phone on Saturday night. My new phone hasn't arrived yet. But I was left without a phone since 9am this morning (Monday 10th January). My husband is ill - I had explained that to the person on Live Chat who was upgrading my phone, telling him I couldn't be without a phone at this time. Today, Monday, we were travelling an hour and a half from home for scans for my husband. Our children, naturally, wanted to be kept updated to ensure we arrived safely, etc. And my phone was disconnected at 9am with a message saying 'sim not provisioned'. Plus I can't get hold of anyone at O2 to speak to about this.
