hi, when i upgraded my new phone Huawei i was offred HUawei  Free earbud i've rang O2 since Huawei need proof of purchase. it been 4 weeks called 4 time  and still nothing from 02 no email.02 when u say 12-24 hrs for this email does that mean we ripped u off. we just wanted u to sign up for a upgrade and offfer u a free ear bud WHICH U NEVER GOING TO GET......

Other customers have saved their copy of their order from recent orders in their MyO2.

You can print it as a PDF which will save it to your phone.
