How do I take my daughter's mobile device off my account, as she has turned 18?

@Nanc24

You can't simply take her off your account. You need to complete contract term and then cancel

You daughter then needs to take out a new contract in her name and pass all credit checks, which at only 18 will probably create problems.

A good way for your daughter to build up her credit rating would be to keep her current phone and just switch to a sim only contract in her name.

She is more likely to be accepted for a sim only and will give her good standing with O2 to upgrade in say 6 moths time.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
