How to speak to someone

For 3 months I have been unable to pay my bill via the App just get 'Your payment is being processed'. I can't find a customer service tel, I eventually found I can do automated payment on 202 but I want to report the issues by email preferably. But everything just tells you to use the App and hangs up if you try to speak to a human. Agents always busy and trying to get help just reroutes you all the time to the App! Very frustrating and 3 months is a ridiculous time to wait to get something sorted in this digital age!! Anyone else with this issue or have found a customer service contact?

You can contact o2, by following the instructions below:

If you call 202 or 0844 809 0202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Thanks - At the moment if I press 2 it just disconnects so I will try the silent treatment!
