I have just got a new tariff purely to get the Mastercard reward . The link is not working so what can I do now

Give it a couple of days to go live if not working, however, I just tried and it's working for me.
Digital prepaid Mastercard® will be issued 60 days from your eligible product purchase, provided you have not cancelled your service or returned your handset, that you remain on an eligible call plan, and you have followed the claim process. Active email address and mobile number required for offer redemption. Customers must submit their claim online via https://www.o2claim.co.uk within 30 days of purchase and then activate the card within 90 days of issuance.
This card is issued by GVS Prepaid Ltd, an Electronic Money Institution authorised in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority with Firm Reference number 900230, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated.

I managed to claim fine on the day I did my switchup....
And that was using the link on the website, when clicking on more information in the shop...

If still not working try clearing cache and cookies or try a different browser.

It's only worked for me clicking the link in this chat. I don't know why. I have put the same address into my browser. Step two, to enter the code I was sent. Im experiencing the same problems as before. This time the bit of progress I've made are warning pages from BT, as my chrome browser on my phone and the browser on my laptop wouldn't let me go that far.

@Dhaw Not seeing that in Chrome on my Pixel Fold, or 8 Pro or even on Windows 11 Chrome but you need to use https://www.o2claim.co.uk
Use a different browser or take your phone off wifi and use mobile data...
