How to cancel o2 subscription with STAC code

Hello, I was wondering if you could help me,

In August I requested a STAC code as i wished to switch providers and terminate my contract with o2. However, I did not realise that i needed to give this to anyone at the time. How do I terminate my contract with my STAC code? I have requested a new one for this month.
