When you open the My O2 app, have you got a section to Change Payment/Top up details?

Via the 3 dots/lines at the top of the page?

If not you will have to contact customer services as advised above.

@malinky auto top up help here https://www.o2.co.uk/topup

Auto top-up makes sure you never run out of credit by automatically topping up with money from your credit or debit card.

Step 1: Sign in to My O2 to set up your auto top-up.

Step 2: Choose the amount and if you want to get topped up on a certain day/date or when your balance gets low.

Step 3: We'll then top you up automatically. You can change or cancel whenever you like.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Same place as you set it up - change or cancel.....

If you can't find it, just call 4445 to get customer services to do it.

Yes I understand that but my question was how do I cancel it on My O2. That is where I set it up, that's where I am supposed to be able to adjust it, and that's where I am supposed to be able to cancel it. But there is no link to my Auto top-up details on My O2.

They must have moved it then so I guess you'll have to call.
