Hello!

I've just finished my studies and returned back home. O2 is not present in my country.

I wish to cancel my monthly subscription to O2 and keep my number for when I return to the UK in the future.

I will re-purchase a temporary plan when I come back to the UK but I am not sure when that will be.

Please help me cancel my subscription. Thanks!

The only way to keep your number is to switch to PAG (if not already) and top up once every 6 months.

If you cancel, you will lose your number.

You can't do it that way, as soon as you cancel, that will cease the number, unless you move it to a PAYG number, and then top up each month..

All the ways to cancel can be found here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

You would be best to use Skype and call +44 800 902 0217 and they can take any termination fees.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I am alright with losing the number then.

I've read the guide but I'm not 100% clear on how I am supposed to cancel my contract then.

1. Is there any settings within the app?

2. Is there any way to do it without calling them, since I am overseas and this would be terribly expensive?
