How to access my Disney + account

Hi all, I have just got out of a 4 year domestic violence relationship, he was in charge of everything including my log in for my disney plus which is my extra from my 02, how can I go about accessing the account please as I can't seem to find anything anywhere.

You will need to go to disneyplus.com and there help pages Disney+ Help Centre | Support & FAQs (disneyplus.com)

Unfortunately they may need the email address you used to signup to Disney Plus and access to it, as you will need to reset the password on there platform

There is a live chat option and the ability to call them, so that would be a good port of call...
