How to Claim a pair of Google Pixel Buds Pro - part of Pixel 7 order

Hi, can someone please explain how to claim the pixel buds pro which was part of my order?

I spoke to O2 CS who sent me to O2 recycle, who said they don't deal with it and gave me a website that doesn't exist (not their fault).

Can someone please assist?
