I’m not sure how to change the name on my account

as per the guide posted, only legal name changes can get your account name changed.

If you just want it in someone else's name, they must take a new contract themselves and then migrate the number across. this is due to credit checks etc.

PAYG details may be harder to change, and need a call to 4445. Good luck @Brooke15.
