I need my name changed on my phone bill to include my full name rather than the shortened version that I have on my 02 account. I need to get a utility bill to open a bank account and this is the best way to do it.
Just be aware banks don't usually accept Mobile Phone bills as proof of name or address, so make sure they accept it before changing anything. (Mobile Phones aren't a utility).
