Hi every one after updated my 02

Hi everyone my 02 app was working and telling me my mins data and text what I have used now don’t recent up date and now has stoped working and off loaded app and removed and reinstalled now still same any help would be grateful

It has moments like this every so often, i would leave it 24hours and then log back in, if it is still the same then contact o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 202, If you still need help then the Social Media teams will be on hand, just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

O2 update their systems every evening so you'll often get glitches when they do so.
