Some reason the new service on the my o2 app is on the app on my phone but I have already downloaded the update on to my phone ealyer ago last month.

The app is a staggered roll out so not every one will get it at the same time

I've just checked on our end and the new My O2 app rollout with Aura should now be complete. Which app version do you have at the moment @Luke30 ? Are you still experiencing some issues with it?

You should be on version 11.1.24

Uninstall then download it again from play store

My z3 tablet didn't update until last night, so I'm not sure how complete the roll out is yet?
