Help! Need advice re this My o2 App!!

Hello, I've recently changed from pay and go to monthly contract however My o2 app won't show me my data usage etc but still shows that I'm P&G... Online guru couldn't help 😒 Can anyone out there help me please??

Did you get a new log in?
Check you are logging in to your correct account and if so call CS on 202 to have them look at it for you.

Hi @Anonymous It may help if you delete and reinstall the app...it probably hasn't caught up with the changeover yet. You could also try and reboot your phone first and see if that helps..
