Hello, hope everyone is fine. If I want cancel my contract with aerial direct and make another contract with o2 before my Internet connection is good since I joined aerial direct my Internet is so bad

Right now I can't access my o2 account to see my bill and everything could you let me know I want cancel my contract with aerial I'm not happy  😭
