My upgrade phone was due to be delivered on 12th Dec. O2 seem to think I've got the phone as they sent me a questionnaire about my delivery.
Every day, DPD send me a text saying my parcel has been held at the depot and delay it by another day.No-one at O2 can help, DPD themselves can't help. I'm about to have my first bill for a phone that I still haven't got.

O2 need to follow up with DPD.

Both DPD and DHL are in a mess at the moment. That saying the sender (O2) should put pressure on them. Both companies say maximum delays are 2 days, but that's appears not to be the case.
