Hi we called you on the 20th of January and we was calling about a new mobile handset and the previous woman (didn't get her name) said she would cancel it then about a minute after a lady named Vicky called us and she spoke to the manager and I told her not to cancel the phone and she said she wouldn't and she said she would put a note on the side saying not to cancel it and its been cancelled as I told her not to and I'm also paying for the phone I haven't received.
(Not happy at all waited a month and still not received it )
