If PAYG then no, as all bolt on's are not refundable. 

If on Pay Monthly, then contact customer services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 and they might be able to undo the change.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
