Solved: Guest top up

Hi all, I just tried to top up my brothers phone using guest top up, it did not work and neither did registering him on o2. I could not top up my brothers phone and as I live in a small village where access at this time to a shop is not possible, how can I top up?

And since o2 have guest top up on their site could somebody explain why it's not working?
