I rang regarding an upgrade direct with O2 today and the gentleman’s names is Edward we got down too the dotted line and the call cut off!!! He went above & beyond for me in my eyes it should be Edwards deal. I’m aware O2 staff are working from home at this current moment which is also making it really difficult to get back to the same person. If anyone has any advice or guidance it would be greatly appreciated. If you see this message Edward or any o2 tech knows how to locate him could you find away for me to call him of vice versa please James

It will be almost impossible to get through to the same person unless he calls you back

calls are routed everywhere

You need to call O2
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
