Gift card email not received

Ordered a new Apple IPad Pro which should have come with a £100 gift card. It’s now been over 14 days and contacted O2 who responded with a copy and paste response of waiting 14 days and I will receive a email on how to claim. Has anybody received a email on how to claim the gift card?
