Solved: Getting in touch with O2

How the hell am I supposed to get in touch with O2? I’ve spent the past two days unable to have my call answered,start a chat with an agent or access the service I need through the app

can anyone tell me how I can use my pac code to save my old number when O2 are uncontactable?
