Gave pac number to store but still on 02 temp number

Hi I gave my pac number to the 02 store but now only got the temp 02 number ..when to expect my original number that i expressed i wish to keep will take over or can i regive the pac number on the 02 account online or do i need to call cust services again..albeit they never got back to me from the other day..not a good impression when promised a callback

Never expect a call back from any call centre, not just o2.... and if you ever get one its a bonus. 

 

Have a look at this guide on porting Guide: Migration & porting into O2   and submit the form, or contact o2 again and give them the PAC Code. 

 

Also worth noting porting isn't instant, and there are checks and balances by your old provider, who can reject it. 

 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
