Hello. The o2 chat seems to be out of action at the moment, can anyone answer my question. My Samsung Smart phone tells me the my 'device memory is almost full'....'clear cached data for all apps'. I only use whatsapp but its my partner's old phone so it may have lots on it. Is it safe to clear my cached data does anyone know? Thanks and stay safe. Andrew

The one on left of picture is a sim, the right an SD card.

How to use 2 SIM cards and SD card together phones like Redmi Note ...

For photos, you should be able to go into the gallery settings and move them all to SD card.

Something like this (may vary slightly by phone)....

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Applications icon > My Files.
  2. Select an option (e.g., Images, Audio, etc.).
  3. Tap the Menu icon Menu button (upper-right).
  4. Tap Select then select (check) the desired file(s).
  5. Tap the Menu icon.
  6. Tap Move.
  7. Tap SD / Memory Card.
  8. Navigate to the preferred folder then tap MOVE HERE (upper-right).

Thanks again. Did what you suggested and it told me that the photos were already on the card, so the big block of cached data seems to be something else?

It could just be too old?

What phone is it?
