Waking up to my personal email that I have taken out a new contract w/ O2 and a new I phone has been ordered , Direct Debit also been set up £71.25 for the next 36 months. I HAVE NO CLUE how that’s happened. Already reported to Action Fraud. But how can I terminate that new contract? It’s been two whole day calling up O2 customer service. They are terrible and not been able to solve the problem. Also, the new IPhone delivery address is my neighbour but the flat is been empty. Can anyone here has a gut to help me out pls. Thank you.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
