Really frustrating one this, I set up my account using Andy, whereas my email (work one to grant discount) is my full name Andrew. Now I have failed credit check due to the names being different. There seems to be no way of amending the name to match. Other than Marriage/ birth Cert etc. I cannot even set up another account as I need to use my work email! this is driving me bonkers!!!

You email is nothing to do with the credit check.
There must be another reason for that.
It also doesn't effect the discount as some email addresses don't resemble full names at all.
