Hi, this may be a silly question, but is there anyway I can see on my O2 previous bills for previous phones that I’ve had with my same account and the same number. I’ve been looking for ages but cannot find anything.

Many thanks

@Gst132 See if this link helps: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? (o2.co.uk)

Hi thank you for responding, I’ve gone through all the steps as best as I can but I think it may have updated since then as a lot of it I can’t see, or maybe it’s because I’m on my phone doing it. Thank you though, i appreciate it

@Gst132

You need to do it in a web browser http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Gst132 Your other option is to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am. The 0800 number isn't available until 9 am.
