Hello, I switched from O2 last 4/11/24 and I have paid a normal monthly bill of about £19. Now I have logged in in my O2 and I can’t find my final bill. How long will I keep paying bills?

This is a customer to customer Community 

You can get in touch with the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who’ll find a solution that’s right for you.

 

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
