Hi
I've moved from O2 to Lebara including Porting my mobile number ([Removed]). To them successfully.
I've just spotted a Pending Direct Debit for £13.10 ???
(This was my monthly payment with O2)
I've tried logging into O2 via both the App and on Line to get clarity for my Final Bill but keep getting sent in a loop or disconnected from my Account..
Can you please clarify as to what my Final Bill will be please and break down the payments are, I hoping it's going to end up being a Credit as Ive Ported my Number over some time back..

I can promise you it wont end in a credit..
No one on here can give you any information, as this is a peer to peer forum.
You will need to contact o2 on 0800 902 0217 and they should be able to tell you, and take payment from you.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
