Hi, can anyone help me. I have contracts for me, my partner and my two daughters which I text to add to the family plan. When I log into my o2 only 3 of the 4 accounts are there, and the account that is not with the others has a separate data refresh date. Also I thought all my bills would be paid as one but I have two payment dates? What can I do? Thanks in advance for your time

You need to call O2 to sort this. You should only pay one bill and all devices should be shown
