dpd have my phone but won't deliver as o2 used my old postcode with my new address for delivery.
I can't find a way to contact o2 about it.
Can anyone offer advise please.

Try rearranging delivery in the dpd app.

dpd said I have to contact o2 and said they can't deliver to the wrong postcode.

No, the order will be cancelled unless you speak to o2 but have you tried changing it in the app?

O2 have my correct address and postcode. They just made a mistake by using my old postcode.
I've spoken to dpd and they are holding my phone for 2 days. They said o2 may contact them with new instructions. If they don't the phone will be returned to o2.
It was nice to actually speak to someone.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
