I had just £50 charge calling abroad and I Dealed with it 2 months ago making instalment payment just under £6 every month. I was on the phone for hours to set it up. And for a reason it never worked.on my account it shows I have bills didn't get paid. My original bill is £just under £15 but its always over it. And this month I put £20 to pay my bill still get charged £22 next day and still it shows I didn't pay. I'm on holiday and still dealing with this things
