I have received an email asking me to add on extras, I do not wish to add any on so would like to make sure I do not get charged for this.

Hi @Extras3 

@MI5 is correct, you have up to 28 days to add an O2 Extra. 

You would usually get this text message if you have taken a new connection with us or upgraded.

If you do not do anything you will not be charged.
