Hi @Jem91 Have you received the phone yet? If not you wont see the bolt on until you get the phone. (from your first post you only state you have ordered the device)
Once you get an email to say it's dispatched you will be able to track it via this route https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order
Your bolt on will show in my O2 after that
