I have been charged £42.92 on my bill, and Im not sure why as I'm currently on holiday in Croatia which is in your euro zone

You can check your extra charges by going to myo2 and seeing them in there, otherwise you will need to call customer services on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
You may have roamed onto a network in Bosnia Herzegovina which is not in the Europe Zone.
