Hi there, i just got my new device with O2 and it said to go with an esim, however, i haven't been able to get access or activate it at all. Ive log in to my o2 account and try to find a solution but i see nothing too. Im worried if im not able to do that, does it affect my monthly payment? Im ok without the esim tho, im doing ok with my old sim card. Is it ok to not activate the esim at all and just keep paying my monthly payments plan as in the contract?

Should be in the SIM section of MyO2.
Remove plastic SIM first
As advised if this is your primary line then stick to plastic. Converting to eSIM is storing up problems for the future

If you are having problems with an e sim, don't bother with it. Stick with the sim you are currently using.
My O2 should show Install Sim but if you can't see it, don't worry.
It won't affect your contract at all. Nothing will change.
I haven't got an esim and everything works fine for me.
