I upgraded my phone earlier, and went to check on my order on the app. I got an error and unable to access my information (I can login fine and use the rest of the website and app no problem) but my o2 section has broken and I can’t see anything, have I done something wrong? Is my order still arriving tomorrow (I know the community probably won’t know that much) I’m just curious if this is my end or o2

O2 run maintenance around midnight every day so it may come back online later for you.

I hope so, I'm kind of worried. I've sent them a tweet and hopefully they get back to me 😞 was a lot of money to upgrade. Had no confirmation email either, but the money went out and now my accounts broken
