Solved: Error 404

I have tried to activate my Disney+ 3 months free extra but I keep get taken to an error 404 page. The extra shows up in My O2 but when I click to activate the extra it takes me to this error page. Is there a solution to this problem as there is a time limit before the offer expires?

The forum is full of this today so obviously an issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you all report it on social media.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Hi I reported it using facebook and was advised to keep trying as it’s been a popular offer.
