I already cancel my broadband services which is a plan with phone services, why still sending me the bill? How can I cancel this especially I am already not in the UK.

Assuming this was a Volt package via Virgin. If so you will have to cancel the phone SIM separately with O2.
Be aware there may be outstanding payments if you are still within your Minimum contract period.
