Dear O2,
I hope you can help me with a little issue because I don't understand the situation. I have resigned and put the end to my contract with you since I was moving houses, I got the STAC code that was supposed to expire on 06/08/2024, but now I got another invoice (to which I'm replying). Can you tell me what is wrong and cancel this invoice as soon as possible? I thought my number and contract had ended.

You need to give your STAC or PAC to another network to cancel your O2 contract.
Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
You also get a final bill a month after leaving O2.
