Hello. I had a contract with you that ended on March 18th, 30 days before the end I called you to let me know that I want to be free from bills and that I want to end the contract so that I don't get any bills anymore. I got the final bill which was divided into two installments which I repay. He got a new bill today and I don't know how possible because I ended my contract with you. I also do not want to pay for the SIM card, which I informed about. how to solve this problem ?

You have to cancel your contract officially, otherwise it will keep rolling on monthly.
