I have changed my email address but emails from O2 still go to my old address. How can I stop this happening?

You can change it in My O2 and you can also change your email address here on the community.

I changed mine via My O2 and it was immediate.
When you access My O2 you need to look for the section My Details
Click on the part I have highlighted and you will be able to change your email address there.
